Service Integration and Management
You will help to deliver excellent end-user experiences and provide high quality support across our staff in 11 global offices

What will you do as an IT Service Management (ITSM) Engineer?
- Support IT Service Management operations, project and enhancement initiatives
- Develop service requests in ITSM platform
- Provide support in implementation of IT service management activities which may include the following areas:Analysis of service requests and enhancement the catalogue items
User requirement gathering and solution design
Build or enhance service requests in ITSM platform
ITSM setup and configuration that adhere to the current ITSM process
ITSM platform patching, upgrade, and maintenance works
Work with Automation/Orchestration team to integrate with catalogs, approvals, and workflows
Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures
Work closely with various IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to support and troubleshoot problems and issues
What makes you a successful candidate?
- Experience with ITSM platform architecture on BMC Helix, or other ITSM platform such as Service Now, Atlassian JIRA Service Management, Freshworks, etc
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python for use in automation
- Experience in technology delivery – preferably with some experience of delivering in automation and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to identify and address complex engineering challenges
