Job Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and promptly addressing customer concerns.
• Assist in coordinating and supporting the FOH team, including hosts, servers, and cashiers, to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Job Description

• Dealing with various internal reporting requirementa (Singular, underwriting report) and other admin matters, including fee claims and filing.
• Preparation of loan syndication opinions, liquidity analysis, closing memos with guidance from senior members of the team.
• Preparation of trade documents related to secondary deals.
• Interface with investors and various internal teams with respect to KYC clearance and settlements.
• Handling Q&A with banks and investors during syndication processes.
