Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies in the IT industry. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, cold calling prospective clients, and focusing on event management to drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to engaging new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance brand presence and engagement.
o Manage and optimize online channels, including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media (Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and paid advertising.
o Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify improvement areas.
Cold Calling:
o Identify and research potential clients to expand the customer base.
o Conduct cold calls to introduce the company’s products or services and schedule follow-up meetings.
o Maintain accurate records of interactions and client feedback.
Event Management:
o Plan, organize, and execute events such as product launches, event, webinars, and other activities.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
o Monitor event performance and gather attendee feedback for continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
o Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, with a focus on IT trends and solutions.
o Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
o Photo and Video shooting.
Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools within the IT sector.
o Use insights to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related field.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in brand management, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in brand management software and marketing tools.
- A passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Able to travel to other entities occasionally for meeting.
