• Prepare method of statement and work procedure
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.
• Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Carry out material receiving inspection and maintaining material record. All delivery order are to be return to office for record
• Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record.
• Any other duties assigned

Project Engineer

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 / 6 days | Mon-Sat: 8am to 6pm
Working Location: Islandwide
Salary Range: $4000-$5000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued.

Project Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

· Site preparation, coordination, and submission document preparation

· Stakeholder management: customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors

· Effective communication with all stakeholders

· Work schedule, manpower, and resource planning

· Interpretation of engineering drawings and basic calculations/design

· Safety management system coordination

· Project progress reporting and follow-up

· Compliance with Singapore standards and Code of Practice

· Ad-hoc tasks assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

· Recognized Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

· 1 - 3 years of experience in local Electrical/ACMV industry

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Effective interaction with project members and stakeholders

· Analytical skills for project investment approval
