The Infopro Digital Business Development Manager position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. The OEM Business Manager has a dual responsibility to:

1) Lead the sourcing, selection, contract negotiation and management of one or more EMS suppliers in alignment with the overarching EMS strategy and within the Integrated Management System. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Support assigned business divisions at the strategic level, partnering closely with the business stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition and providing sound HR advice on all strategic people matters
• Collaborate with the broader HR team (Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Shared Services) on delivery of HR services and programmes
• Participate in HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree qualified with 8 to 10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organisations
• Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing and presentation skills
• A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity
• A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn
