- Review the Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA) program and conduct risk mapping. Track action plans and agreed control improvements.

- Oversee operational incidents to ensure that appropriate escalation takes place and mitigation are actioned

- Review and oversight the effectiveness of local Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

- Lead the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process, review the quantitative solvency assessment provided by the Appointed Actuary with the internal stakeholders and prepare the regulatory ORSA submissions.

EDUCATION:

- Sound knowledge in ORSA, MAS requirements on enterprise risk management framework
