• Professional underwriting experience in the primary or reinsurance property insurance market for at least 3-10 years with Property (Re)insurance for the Large Corporate Single Risks, preferably for Asian markets.
• Technical knowledge of the relevant underwriting processes including risk evaluation, pricing high level of competence in reviewing contract wording exercises for the complex property business segment
• Capabilities and passion to actively conduct and solicit business opportunities from clients and brokers.
• Desirable experience in engineering and risk management / risk inspections (loss adjuster and claims adjuster experience are welcomed)
• Strong IT and analytical skills.
• Creative and demonstrates strong ability to work in a diverse and multi-cultural team
• "Fluent in business English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) as a plus.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
