• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of payment applications, from conceptual design to production deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Core Java, DevOps, Hadoop, Apache Spark, AWS, APIs, SQL, Kafka, Solace, and database management (Oracle/Postgres).
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, collections, and clearing systems.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and deliver high-impact projects in challenging environments.
• Project Management: Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proactive approach to identifying HR challenges and developing solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
