• Oversee the implementation of Smart Estate Solutions across systems including HVAC, Power Management, Water Management, Lift/Elevator systems, and Integrated Workspace Management tools.
• Lead the design, planning, testing, commissioning, and software programming for BMS projects in accordance with project plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring all deliverables align with the agreed schedule.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking project schedules, budget cost control, scope management, and preparing progress reports. Address and resolve complex project challenges that may arise.
• Manage testing and commissioning activities for both Smart Estate Solutions and BMS systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Oversee all on-site activities, coordinating and supervising engineering and system design works to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements and ensuring they are kept informed about project developments.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design reports, system manuals, operational guides, and final as-built drawings.
• Work with clients, architects, and other engineers to design BMS solutions that meet the specific requirements of the building or facility.
• Integrate BMS with other systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems to ensure seamless operation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform site inspections and audits to ensure work is completed according to plans and within compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computing Science or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years Operational Technology experience i.e., BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.
• Strong background in BMS (Building Management System).
• Knowledge in commercial and industrial building equipment operations; preferably with good knowledge of Facility Management.
• Experience in automation control systems in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings and data centers, etc.
• Ability to analyse building or industrial services plant and chilled-water plant operational data.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

• Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.

• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues raised by users during UAT and operations.

• Management and coordination with external partners and vendors

• Management and lead a team to support the project

• Communicate to internal team and external users for all clarifications

• Conduct walk through and clarification training sessions with external users where applicable

• Prepare and update documentations and reports where required

Job Knowledge/Skills

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply.

• Experience in designing and implementing C#, ASP.NET systems using OO related concepts in N-Tier architecture will be advantageous

• 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects

• Experience in project delivery in systems integration

• Able to grasp and understand business domain knowledge within a short timeframe.

• Plan, script, execute, prepare reports and statistics, communicate to users, and resolve all issues related to system.

• Troubleshooting system and data issues, refining scripts, and execute/ re-run data and document migration where required.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management of medium or large scale projects in government related projects.

• Must have experience in designing, coding, testing and implementing Java System Applications.

The Project Manager has the overall responsibilities of planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project, particularly in the following areas:

• Service Level Performance.
• Service Continuity and Availability.
• Support Services, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.
• Obsolescence Management.

The Project Manager is also responsible for communicating with all stakeholders.

The Project Manager is required Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical/non-technical aspect of the Project.

• Manage in new setup or upgrade of system/infrastructure projects.
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Provide project documentation and reports
• Maintaining financial budget for the project.
