Responsibilities
• Proactively pursue potential clients for HDB, Condo ,office renovations, reinstatements, and relocations using various methods, including cold calling and finding referrals.
• Develop a robust pipeline of leads to ensure consistent incomming sales.
• Engage with clients to assess their renovation needs, including space utilisation, interior design preferences, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Create detailed quotation that outline scope, costs and design concepts.
• Present the quotations effectively to the customer to persuade clients to move forward with the renovation, reinstatement and relocation quotation.
• Work closely with in-house teams and relevant external parties to ensure timely handover and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly check in with clients during and after projects to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Effective negotiation skills are necessary for finalising contracts with clients.
• Must be adept at discussing terms, pricing and conditions while ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, provide timely updates on project status, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas, which is essential for personal performance evaluations as well as overall company success.
• Coordinate jobsites and schedule with team members.
• Attend to all project tender documentation and translation if necessary;
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts on the ‘Project’ and ‘Distributor’ sectors;
• Attend to site inquiries and render technical assistance upon request by clients;
Requirements
• Aggressive and results oriented.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in renovation sector
• Class 3 driving license to drive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess relevant working experience as minimal training will be provided.
