In your new role you will:

• The owner at Infineon of your applications defining and steering the global application G2M strategy as a central figure between Infineon Product Development and Regional Sales and Marketing teams.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• More than 7 years of experience in semiconductor or home appliance consumer industry with experience in a marketing/business development or application engineering role

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for managing the seafarer’s payroll for all assigned vessels.
• To respond promptly to inquiries from seafarers and/or their families regarding salary information and social needs.
• To ensure accuracy of the bank details entered in the crew payroll system.
• To ensure seafarers are paid according to their contracts.
• To ensure timely payment of all balances due to seafarers, such as leave pay, medical leave pay, medical disbursement, and other allowances and overtime payments.

Responsibilities:

Tendering

• Monitoring the availability of prospective projects or consultancy contracts on the Singapore government and other websites (mainly GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami)
• Preparation of tenders for final submission (as per the given closing dates/deadlines)
• Studying and analyzing the tender documents in detail to assess the firm’s suitability and whether we meet the tender requirements
• Identifying suitably qualified consultants (upon advice from the Managing Director and Director) for joint-participation (for multi-disciplinary projects) and sending out invitations to participate with full instructions for their submission
• Collating documents from consultants and ensuring their completeness and full compliance with the tender requirements
• Preparation of the required tender documentation for final submission)
• Post-tender - Answering tender queries and clarifications from the clients
• Maintaining a list of the company project list, staff CVs, capability statement and other company documents for reference by authorities and for clients

Preparation Of Fee/Services Proposals: Assisting the MD and Director in the preparation of fee/service proposals, including liaison with the external consultants (C&S Consultant, M&E Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Interior Designer etc.) to ensure the timely submission of their fee quotations, for submission to prospective local and overseas clients within the time frame and conditions stipulated by the clients.

Professional Licenses and Registrations: Ensuring the timely renewals of all Registrations and Licenses (as necessary) for the Company to legally supply Architectural Services:

Ad Hoc/Special Tasks - Assisting the MD on ad-hoc tasks that he may assign from time to time, e.g

• Preparation of documents for tender exercise, including main tender documents, corrigenda etc. up till selection

Spam Mail

• Checking the various Spam mailboxes (Unknown sender, spam mailbox, etc.) daily and identifying genuine project email correspondence and other legitimate email which had one into these boxes and moving them to the respective mailboxes. The number of such spam mail numbers a few hundred daily
• Assisting staff in searching for “lost mail

Apex System

• Updating staff particulars (new, old)
• Setting up of projects
• Maintaining/updating contact details of consultants, contractors, etc
• Ensuring the Apex system is used to manage the respective projects of the Company, including the assigning of relevant project numbers to each project, and the maintaining of the master list of projects on the Apex system

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and PlanningCreate functional and visually appealing architectural designs based on client needs and preferences.
   Develop conceptual sketches, drawings, and detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
   Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices.
   Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
   
2. Client CollaborationMeet with clients to discuss project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
   Present design ideas and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
   Provide professional advice on materials, design options, and project feasibility.
   
3. Project ManagementCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
   Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery within cost constraints.
   Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
   
4. Technical DocumentationPrepare detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and structural details.
   Draft technical specifications and ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards.
   
5. Safety and ComplianceEnsure designs meet safety, structural integrity, and accessibility standards.
   Stay updated on changes in building regulations and technological advancements.
   
6. Problem-SolvingAddress and resolve any design or construction issues that arise during a project.
   Adapt designs to site-specific challenges and unforeseen constraints.
   
7. Sustainability Focus (Optional)Implement energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials into designs.
   Design structures with a focus on minimizing environmental impact.
   

Additional Responsibilities

Educational Qualification

• Degree in architecture from a recognized university or institution.
• Degree accredited by the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore,or equivalent.
  Complete at least two years of relevant practical experience under a registered architect.
• One year of this experience must be in Singapore, ensuring familiarity with local building regulations, codes, and practices.
• Attend and pass the Architectural Practice Course (APC) conducted by the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA).
• Professional Practice Examination (PPE) administered by the Board of Architects (BOA).
