• Counter services and customer service duties
• Assist in various events (operations)
• Administrative work
• Assisting in residents' enquiries and booking of facilities (if needed)

Location: Potong Pasir

Salary: Hourly Rated

Duration: 16 Feb 2024 to 6 June 2024

• 4 Weekday and 1 Weekend , required to do minimal 2 – 3 afternoon shift per week.
• Morning Shift 9am to 6pm (1hr Lunch Break)
• Afternoon Shift 1pm to 10pm (1hr Lunch Break)

Job Requirement:

1. Good relationship management/interpersonal communication skills.

2. Basic Microsoft Application skills

• Extensive experience in business development, particularly within the Singaporean market.
• Energetic professional capable of spearheading business expansion and cultivating robust connections with key stakeholders.
• Engage with potential clients in Singapore, covering agency and broking services.
• Manage hospitality arrangements for clients visiting Singapore.
• Proactively seek customer feedback to enhance the quality of our services.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher education with 2–5 years of experience in commercial shipping.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively as a team player and work autonomously.
• Personal attributes include a keen business acumen, high energy, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset.

PanelCraft is a fast-growing company that specializes in providing innovative wall panel renovation services. We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team and oversee our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed on construction sites.
• Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and project schedules.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or related fields.
