Job Purpose:

The AM Executive will be primarily responsible for managing transactions and relationships with Wallex’ customers (predominantly, Fintech, Startup and SME customers). The AM Executive will be assigned a portfolio of pre-existing customer relationships of Wallex and will be responsible for managing, engaging and growing the customer activity and so increasing the value and KPIs of the portfolio over time. The AM Executive will also be in charge of finding new business through referrals, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tendering

• Monitoring the availability of prospective projects or consultancy contracts on the Singapore government and other websites (mainly GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami)
• Preparation of tenders for final submission (as per the given closing dates/deadlines).
• Studying and analyzing the tender documents in detail to assess the firm’s suitability and whether we meet the tender requirements.

Preparation Of Fee/Services Proposals: Assisting the MD and Director in the preparation of fee/service proposals, including liaison with the external consultants (C&S Consultant, M&E Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Interior Designer etc.) to ensure the timely submission of their fee quotations, for submission to prospective local and overseas clients within the time frame and conditions stipulated by the clients.

Professional Licenses and Registrations: Ensuring the timely renewals of all Registrations and Licenses (as necessary) for the Company to legally supply Architectural Services:

Spam Mail

• Checking the various Spam mailboxes (Unknown sender, spam mailbox, etc.) daily and identifying genuine project email correspondence and other legitimate email which had one into these boxes and moving them to the respective mailboxes. The number of such spam mail numbers a few hundred daily
• Assisting staff in searching for “lost mail

Apex System

• Updating staff particulars (new, old)

· Lead, manage, collaborate, and work with internal staff like AV Designer, Drafter, Engineer, Site Engineer, Safety Officer, and external parties like, Consultant, Main Contractor, Subcontractor, Manufacturer, and Supplier.

· Study schematic design and construction drawings to produce AV construction drawings

· Manage Project schedules, Project budgets, changes in order, Bill of Material

· Manage customer’s expectations and deliver customer experience

· Plan, manage and schedule resources.

Job Role:

• Managing the execution of all pre and post-sales processes; generating proposals, contracts, and invoices, in line with the company’s standard operating procedure

• Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new and existing leads and opportunities to meet growth strategies

• Qualifying quality prospects for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

• Conducting sales and partnership presentations with key prospects such as bellwether companies, associations, media and more.

• Identify and attend local and international industry events (whenever necessary) to generate sales leads, form strategic partnerships and more.

• Market research and data mining - actively sourcing for new leads through researching for competitive events, latest updates on industry news portal and other platforms

• Maintaining direct contact with key customers and partners from multiple industry verticals

• Preparing budget projections, marketing plans, sales acquisition strategies for all Products portfolio assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any relevant field

• Preferably 3 years of sales or business development experience

• Experience in B2B Sales will be preferred

• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities

• Outstanding communication skills

• Excellent team player

• Ability to travel as required
