Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in coordinating and managing solar PV projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Participate in project planning activities, including creating project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Help identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
• Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Contribute to effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gain hands-on experience and understand project challenges.
• Learn to use project management software and tools to organize tasks and monitor project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and solar PV technology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
