Primary responsibilities:

• Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement: Identify and set regional VAS performance targets and KPIs with the VAS Head. Risk and Compliance

• Review and ensure all external emails and reports do not contain any sensitive information or PII of our policyholders.

Qualifications
