Key Responsibilities:

3. Hands-on experience in Sales of Marine Services or Products to existing and potential customers with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Charterers or Maritime Organizations. Experience of Ship Building Yard will be an added advantage.
4. Understanding of Vessel’s Performance and Budgeting requirements. Overview of HSEQA and Management of accident Investigations would be an added advantage.

Role Overview:

The company is looking for a Business Controller to take charge of essential operational and financial activities across the region. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to ensure the company's regional business goals are successfully met.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead annual budget development and management for sales, inventory, expenses, and P&L.

· Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

· Proficiency in English; fluency in Japanese is preferred.

· Experience in the retail sector, particularly in apparel and fashion, is preferred.
