About the Scientific Data Strategy Office at A*STAR

With data at the core of A*STAR's vision to be Singapore's Data, AI, and Hybrid Compute node for scientific research, the newly established Scientific Data Strategy Office (SDSO) is responsible for strategizing the delivery of Whole-of-A*STAR data products and services. Having demonstrated the feasibility of repurposing Barley Spent Grains, into W0W®noodle -the world’s only functional food clinically proven to have 0 Glycemic Response (i.e. 0 blood sugar response), Kosmode Health continues to set the standard in Sustainable Functional Food by repurposing other Food Processing Wastes into variety of functional food for human nutrition. B. OVERALL JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES Role & Responsibilities

The successful applicant supports the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of business development & marketing activities. In addition to development & implementation of online & offline marketing programs, the successful candidate will be involved in planning & execution of new product launches.

This position requires a deep passion in creating market impact with the science & technology Kosmode developed. The ideal candidate should therefore have a science foundation with a creative flair to create layman friendly content and blogs; and develops online and offline marketing campaigns and activities

Specific tasks include:

• Generate & develop leads for Business Development

• Acquire, keep, grow subscribers and customer base through good subscribers/customers management, engagement and communication.

• Participate in business development activities & customer relations management

• Conduct Market and competitors’ intelligence research

• Develop marketing decks, videos and marketing collaterals for corporate & product branding and awareness

• Craft, implement online & offline marketing campaigns to drive market share and the sale of W0W® noodles

• Organize both online and offline marketing events

• Monitor and track progress of events/campaigns using various metrics and report event ROI based on key objectives and metrics.

• Support development of branding & marcom strategies

• Manage and update corporate & W0W® noodle websites

• Prepare/edit video for social media post

• Design and develop corporate and product collateral that is consistent with corporate and brand positioning

• Design product packaging

• Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

C. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Final year diploma student in Business Administration/ marketing, or equivalent, Mass Communication, New Media.

• Relevant knowledge in biology and chemistry is a strong advantage

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communicator, skilled in written and verbal communication.

• Experience in basic data analytics.

• Social Media Marketing skills (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and up-to-date with trends in social media use.

• Strong research and writing skills; explore creating social media contents and writing of blogs, from research articles and publications.

• Ability to create engaging, impactful marketing collaterals and social media posts.

• Graphic design, photography, programming skills and video editing/creation are strong advantages

• Self-driven resourceful individual with demonstrated ability to work within resource constrain

Job Description:

• Propose and implement credit strategy and policy for retail and SME loan underwriting.
• Conduct portfolio monitoring, analysis and prepare risk reports such as portfolio performance, industry exposure, vendor performance and historical customer trends.
• Coordinate with the modeling team on risk tools development including decision scorecards and ECL/Basel models.
• Track and monitor the full credit cycle performance and risk appetite metrics.
• Evaluate and influence to balance business growth in the form of policy refinement and credit testing.
• Provide insights with recommendations on policy changes to improve portfolio quality.
• Analyze collections and operations strategies and tactics, with a view to develop and implement tests designed to improve collections and overall operational effectiveness, and reduce delinquency roll rates and losses.
• Collaborate closely with Operations management and teams to implement collections strategies, including process improvements and technology enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields.
• Relevant internship or full-time experiences in the risk management area specializes in credit risk management in banking, financial services, financial technology or internet industry.
• Proficiency in SQL or SAS or Python.
• Familiar with regulations in South East Asia markets is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/FRM is a plus.

PURPOSE:

As our Operations Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring stability, security and performance of our end users across APAC and regional entities. You will collaborate with local and regional technology teams to implement, maintain and optimize endpoint solutions to our staffs. The ideal candidate needs to be highly independent, will possess strong technical acumen, thirst for curiosity and a commitment to delivery quality outputs

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk, working closely to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement, manage and deploy endpoint solutions to end users in accordance to internal roadmap
• Provide technical support to end user requests and manage user expectations.
• Key contributor for supporting Microsoft solutions not limiting to M365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint & Teams)
• Manage relationships with internal business teams and outsources vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
• Crafting new guidelines, reviewing existing documentations to keep up to date with evolving times.
• Taking lead in service improvements to strive for optimum performance for existing processes and new solutions.
• Collaborate with different business departments to support company events and VIP meetings.
• Willing to travel and support different office locations within Singapore.
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3 or more years of related IT experience
• Degree in Information Technology / Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
• ITIL certified is an added advantage
• Proven experience in a senior engineer or team leader role. Field experience in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Admin Centre
• Proficient in Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM, Win10 and Win11 OS. (Powershell and Windows scripting is an added advantage)
• Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders and vendors
• Experience in leading a team to support VIPs would be advantageous
• Strong service ethic and great communication skills
• Passionate about delivering quality no matter the scale of the task
