Job Description:
- Organizing and categorizing invoices by stall and supplier.
- Scanning and digitizing documents.
- Processing petty cash claims, including sorting invoices and receipts, and completing claim forms for operational staff.
- Assisting with inventory record-keeping as needed.
- Supporting the generation of monthly rental invoices when required.
Requirements:
- Part-time position: Approximately 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday), S$8.00 per hour.
- Located in the Upper Paya Lebar area (industrial zone).
- Knowledge of MS excel a must.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks system is an advantage.
