The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting water quality instrumentation, calibration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of our remote monitoring services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet the required technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water Quality Instrumentation: Oversee and support the installation, maintenance, and calibration of water quality monitoring equipment.
• Calibration & Troubleshooting: Ensure accurate calibration of instruments and troubleshoot any issues related to water quality monitoring systems.
• Remote Monitoring Support: Manage and provide technical support for our remote monitoring contracts, ensuring optimal performance of water-related technologies.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage the timelines, deliverables, and milestones of ongoing projects.
• Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with updates, support, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all installations, calibrations, troubleshooting activities, and remote monitoring performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Water Management, Engineering, or a related field..
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and operations management.
• Proven experience in water quality instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring systems in water technologies.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in swimming and comfort working in and around water bodies, canals, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, tidal gates etc.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop innovative marketing strategies. Focusing on local and intra-Asia markets, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, negotiating advantageous terms and working closely with in-house experts. 1. Financial Reporting/ Closing:

a. Manage the general ledger, including posting journal entries, maintaining chart of accounts, and accurate transaction coding.

b. Conduct regular GL account reconciliations to validate balances and promptly rectify any disparities.

c. Assist in closing of accounts as assigned, including preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

Qualifications

a. Minimum diploma in accounting with at least 2 to 3 years working experience in education and charity sector would be preferred.
