The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process of Events Management companies for key club festive events, including Countdown Party, Chinese New Year (CNY), National Day, and Christmas Light-up

2. Develop and manage events contracts, ensuring that all deliverables meet the club’s quality standards and budget

3. Conduct briefings and ensure alignment with vendors on event concepts, timelines, and requirements

4. Monitor event progress and address any on-site issues to ensure smooth execution.

5. Preparation of events logistics and operations, post-event reports and feedback

6. To work hand-in-hand with the Operations teams to ensure that function rooms are fully set-up according to the event order.

Job Requirements
