The Fellow will also concurrently be appointed as a faculty member of the College of Integrative Studies and may hold either a tenure track or term-track appointment, commensurate with his or her qualifications.

The Lead Faculty Fellowship is a renewable 4-year administrative appointment. Tasked to cultivate a vibrant intellectual and residential life at PSR, the LFF should be a people-oriented faculty administrator experienced in operating in a dynamic environment and should possess strong leadership and people skills, aptitude for mentoring, and significant experience in similar roles demanding a high level of service and organisational responsibility.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee, with the support of the Associate Fellows (also faculty) of PSR, the College of Graduate Research Studies Fellow (who also resides at PSR), the admin team and student leaders, in organising residence-based events and activities
