As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including enterprise web and mobile applications, dxp platform implementations, creative campaigns and more. You are responsible for the entire life cycle of a number of client projects from inception through to delivery. With the support of the senior management team, you are responsible for translating a brief into a detailed scope document, planning and budgeting projects accurately, and managing the project and team effectively. To be successful in this role, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse range of fast-moving local and global complex projects that are innovation-based, strategic - digital - brand and communication-focused, from resourcing and scoping to delivery.
• Successfully deliver projects with high-quality deliverables, on time, and within budget.
• Identify what success looks like for each project, with client agreement, to ensure we achieve that as a team.
• Write thorough, considered scopes of work that can act as contracts for your projects to then tailor and communicate an appropriate structure by methodology or project phase, while documenting this clearly in the scope of work.
• Define and agree on the scope of work internally and with clients, and ensure projects are delivered within this agreed scope.
• Work with leads to accurately estimate a project according to the most appropriate model (e.g., fixed-price, capped time and materials, by project phase).
• Track and monitor overall project burn rates and financial progress by highlighting potential overruns before they occur and escalating and resolving financial issues as they happen.
• Present and communicate effectively internally and externally, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage multiple resources and studios to ensure the best outcome for clients and Aleph. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks on a project, focusing on solutions. Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner.

Prerequisites

• Experience delivering full life-cycle projects in a digital agency or consultancy environment, implementing innovative, interactive, and consumer-focused solutions.
• Ability to code or previous experience in technical space is highly desirable.
• An accomplished communicator who gains the business's confidence and clients’ trust.
• Able to build strong relationships and achieve results under potentially difficult circumstances.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure with high flexibility and fluidity. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Possess good business acumen and sound judgment.

The Role:

The Senior Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers, Project Managers, Image Producers, Print Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel campaigns in Southeast Asia. This role will be a 3 to 6 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage localization of all Channel marketing materials on the agency side
• Build strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of the client’s Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the ‘go-to’ person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production
• Build strong internal relationships across the agency (Traffic, Content, Interactive, Studio, Print Production, Finance and Operations)
• Lead planning for new projects: liaising with the client and line manager
• Update daily tracker during live project – shared with Producers and Deployment
• Responsible for allocating correct merchandising materials to stores at an individual level based on the client’s strategy
• Maintain a database of client stores and individual allocations, used for validating merchandising orders for each campaign
• Attend daily status calls with P&D team and studio to ensure all projects are tracking as expected
• Track vendor spend against budget by ensuring 100% accuracy of finance trackers, recording vendor quotes and flagging to P&D team lead when actual spend is close to budget
• Highlight opportunities for improving processes and align internally and with Client’s Producers prior to implementation
• Communicate the briefs to the studio and print production teams, and ensure that the correct creative direction is being taken
• Set and manage client expectations ensuring they follow the agreed workflows and collaborate to find swift resolution on any issues
• The ability to write, prepare and present project documentation, presentations and reports with a strategic mindset and point of view
• Validate and collate channel assets for Producers to review and for final sign-off
• Support Producers to ensure channel assets are handed off on time
• Ensure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation
• Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
• Keep GAD/CSD and FD informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology
• Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma and a minimum of 8 years solid agency experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production
• Good knowledge of print, color retouching and digital artwork productions processes and best practices
• Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Demonstration of experience in managing complex spreadsheets
• Advanced excel skills compulsory (complex formulas, large database management, dashboards, pivot wizard etc. VBA advantageous but not required
• Able to understand and take ownership of templates and processes, with a willingness and determination to continually improve / automate workflows
