Key Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Business, Marketing/Communications, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the luxury, retail, or gemstone industry.
  • Both experience in the B2B and B2C sectors is an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong network in the luxury, retail, or jewelry sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • A qualification from a reputable institute in the field of gemology.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with international teams is an advantage, as well as strong knowledge of the Singapore and Indonesian market landscape.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa is a plus.

• Handle customer projects: enter and follow up inproject management tool according to establishedrules, coordinate activities with other functionsinvolved, including sampling for clients and forconsumer tests
• Create and maintain new product introductionsand discontinuation information
• Manage all commercial data (MDM requests,CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices,product portfolio, products submitted etc)
• Prepare and organize client meetings andsubmissions
• Take care of day to day client requests
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure clientsatisfaction
• File and maintain all commercial documents,including contracts and agreements
• Perform general administrative tasks
• If delegated, make analysis and reports
• If delegated, help account managers for demandplanning, budget, LE etc
• If delegated, manage account manager’scalendars, trips and expense
• If systems & tools superuser: be the regional orlocal expert of the system/tool functionalities andusage, as well as corresponding working processes and guidelines. Organize training t end-users for each new tool or major change.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team or mentor a member in the execution of leasing strategies
• Identify and prospect for potential retail tenants through market research, networking and outreach
• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals
• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation
• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the retail and property industries
• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail or commercial leasing
• Outstanding track record in marketing and leasing of retail and commercial properties
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
