Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate decision-making processes by managing trade-offs and defining acceptance criteria in partnership with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Oversee the governance and tracking of project and product progress, including adoption metrics and change management, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals
• Lead and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and successful execution of IT initiatives

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology or delivery management, with proven experience in managing enterprise-level applications and experience working on enterprise transformation projects is preferred
• Business key stakeholder management: building effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Demonstrate ability to deliver measurable business value through the successful implementation of IT initiatives
