Job Scope:
1. Formulate specific mid-term goals in business development through effective communication with Japan Headquarter.
2. Support the project owner to lead the project and achieve goals of the project from a group wide perspective.
3. Maximize investment of the project through effectively monitoring/controlling project budget for various purposes.
4. Build effective relationships with various parties such as Asia countries, Americas/EMEA Consumer Care Business, Headquarter Business so as to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the project remains well-resourced and efficiently managed at all times.
5. Take initiative to lead multi-cultural team, fostering an inclusive environment that values cultural diversity, diverse backgrounds and ideas.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 15 years experience in FMCG industry and ideally acquire both marketing and sales experience.
2. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is preferred to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to Japan Headquarter as well as cross-functional team.
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills and experience to lead a cross-culture team.
