Main Objective:

Reporting to the CEO/MD, the Regional HR Business Partner will be pivotal in overseeing and enhancing HR operations in Singapore and Korea. In the future, the Regional HRBP will support the opening and staff recruitment for new office locations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Administration, Employee Engagement & Payroll Management:

• Lead the improvement or implementation of HR processes across APAC, ensuring alignment with global HR standards and regional requirements.
• Lead the improvement and implementation of effective recruitment, new staff onboarding processes, and ongoing employee engagement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends related to employment laws across APAC countries, proactively addressing compliance risks.

About You :

Summary of Education and Experience:-

About the Role:

As Senior Project Manager - Aviation, you will play a key role in growing our advisory portfolio by shaping, winning, and delivering new work, focusing on digital in Aviation and related domains.
You will work on a range of projects, covering digital aspects across airport master planning, new airport developments, to aviation business transformation in Singapore and globally. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, your responsibilities will range from managing Digital Aviation projects, defining, and implementing best practice Design Management, developing Digital Delivery Strategies, through to developing Roadmaps and Schedules for implementation.

Job Summary:

The multi-disciplinary Design & Management(D&M) team, part of the regional Urban Solutions team is looking for an Assistant Manager, Project Management (Electrical) to join their team.

You will provide specialist advisory and assessment in all electrical engineering related subject matters in both land infrastructure and building development in the Asian markets.

• Review engineering design for industrial parks and township infrastructure plan/or concepts to achieve optimal design and cost for M&E works, from project feasibility to execution.
