You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest-growing region in the world. Expectations of a Planning Director

The Planning Director is responsible for the strategy of a brand. They are held accountable for the overall thinking of the business and the effectiveness of the work. • Required 10+ years account/digital/ production experience in a creative advertising agency.

NATURE & SCOPE:

Project Engineerwill be responsible for managing the document control system for the MOPU’s, FSO’s and preparing technical proposals and specifications.

Assist the Technical Team in reviewing and preparing Technical Evaluations.

The candidate is expected to have sufficient technical knowledge and experience to ensure that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

This is a local position for Singaporean or Singaporean PR.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

This position is to assist the technical team in managing document control for the MOPU’s (Production Rigs), FSO’s, Flag and Class Certifications, Insurance Certificates.

The position will assist in preparing technical requirements, liase with contractors and suppliers, review invoices and purchase orders and requests.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Manages Document Control System

2. Supports technical and engineering personnel with project support duties.

3. Compiles technical reports.

4. Provides input to technical reports, project planning, etc.

5. Produces accurate statistics, relevant figures, etc.

6. Undertakes data analysis, identifies and investigates variations.

7. Prepares technical drawings, datasheets and documents under the direction of the Technical Lead.

8. Develops and maintains technical databases and spreadsheets.

9. Sources technical documents, information and drawings.

Critical Skills:

1) Core Technical Experience

a) Previous relevant industry experience in Engineering and Project Management

b) Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications

LEVEL OF AUTONOMY

The position has a ‘medium’ level of autonomy. The job holders are expected to be able to manage themselves and not require approval from the Fleet Director on how tasks should be performed.

Location: Singapore

HE Programme Delivery:
Lead and administer the support systems and delivery operations. Ensure that the Learning Management System is set up in accordance to procedures and take corrective actions to remedy deviation from standards.

Operation Coordination with Partners and Head of Programmes/Academics:
Maintain good relations with partners on data transfer, review of operational concerns, resolve pertinent issues and suggest improvements. Communicate timely updates and changes to key stakeholders including students and staff. Organise events to host partner visits and facilitate interaction with students, depending on the needs, may require to engage in Mandarin.

Lecturer Management:
Liaise with the academic staff to confirm the deployment of qualified lecturers. Ensure quality teaching is provided to students.

Process Innovation:
Spearhead digitalisation and automation initiatives for the department.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Ensure accuracy in budgeting.

Class Scheduling and Assessment Management:
Work with internal departments on class scheduling and assessment management plans.

Marketing and Recruitment:
Engage and support colleagues in Student Recruitment Group (SMR) with marketing and recruitment efforts. Ensure that all marketing collaterals and website are updated.

People Management:
Deploy and supervise work teams to achieve their goals.

Programme Review:
Follow through changes (system setup, etc) for Programme reviews (internal and external).

Regional market experience is added advantage

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of working experience

· Familiar with the higher education industry will be an advantage

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Job Scope:

• Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management, liaise with users and vendors for stock in and stock out.
• Manage the Procurement of common items used by the organisation , from sourcing till goods receiving.
• Assisting or guiding users on simple enquiries, monthly report generation.

Requirements:

• A Level or Diploma in Procurement & Supply, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in data entry and administration.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement related work is added advantage.
• Knowledge of any procurement system would be preferred.

Job Description

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other Departments in handling guests’ requests, inquiries and complaints regarding accommodation, service and billing. Ensure that these activities are well executed to ensure guests’ satisfaction with accommodation and services.
• Formulate and enforce all policies, procedures, rules and regulations pertaining to Front Office activities and ensure that Front Office staff personally understand and adhere to such approved standard procedures and policies of the Hotel.
• See to the preparation and finalization of all Front Office reports, schedules and so on.
• Maintain all the cashier float at Front Office to be in order.
• Check employees’ performance regularly, correcting any mistakes and inadequacies, proceed the counselling if necessary.
• Assess the performance of the staff in Front Office Department regularly and give recommendation of promotion / re-designation to higher management if any staff is applicable.
• Attend daily operation briefing chaired and conduct departmental briefing regularly and keep team updated the necessary information.
• Train personnel according to the established procedures by conducting regular training, schedule meeting to discuss problems, give instructions and assignment of duties etc.
• Ensure that the investigation of irregularities and undesirable guests are properly conducted.
• Receive and greet VIP guests and attend to their inquiries, requests and needs.
• Develop and implement procedures to govern Front Office activities and ensure the Front Office personnel understand and adhere to such approved standard procedures and policies.
• Ensure an effective control rooms reservation to avoid overbooked situation and assist to maximize hotel occupancy.

Job Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or other relevant qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ related experience in a full-service hotel or mid-range hotel is preferred.
• Ability to manage time, organize, good communication and motivational skills
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
