Responsibilities:
· Manage the seamless transition and execution of projects being transferred from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with regional business strategies and requirements.
· Analyze customer needs, market trends, and historical data to create accurate demand plans, ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer expectations.
· Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to avoid overstocking or stockouts, while meeting customer demand and minimizing costs.
· Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products, including coordinating schedules and resolving any logistics challenges.
· Work with the HQ and Marketing Executive teams to manage pricing strategies, generate accurate quotations for customers, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
· Facilitate communication and coordination with other regional branches to ensure smooth and timely stock transfers, optimizing inventory distribution across various locations.
· Prepare and deliver regular and accurate reports detailing actual sales, inventory levels, and demand forecasts, ensuring transparent communication with suppliers and Japan HQ.
· Continuously evaluate the performance of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient processes and cost-effective operations.
· Build in-depth knowledge of customer products and their specific requirements, ensuring the company can meet demand effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
· Work across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving successful outcomes and achieving business goals.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
