• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)

Job Description

• Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
• Knowledge of computer (3D) and presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Photoshop and Sketchup is preferred.
• Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce good design concepts.
• Good understanding of materials cost and application.
• Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
• Responsible for project deliverables, and meeting overall project design schedules.
• Result-oriented and passionate about delivering projects successfully.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity.
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues (Team Work).
• Work closely with the team and Design Director to develop, coordinate, and implement the interior design of our projects from concept design to documentation and construction and installation.
• Liaison with client, and sub-contractor.
• Lead and engage with different stakeholders (internal and external) in the design thinking process to critically reframe and scope design problems;
• Identify and solve emergent problems amid a complex and quickly moving initiative;

Requirement

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of local working experience.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Good verbal presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup & AutoCAD
