Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documentation and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining and assisting in project changes.
• Providing administrative support when required.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Assist in the development of project strategies alongside the management.
• Ensuring projects adhere to necessary frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project as required.
• Assessment of project risks and issues and providing solutions wherever applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed and aligned towards the best solution.
• Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Adhere to project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Job Description:

• Generate quotations and process orders
• Conduct budget calculation
• Prepare bidding documents
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding the operational issues
• Assist to prepare petty cash claim for Manager and Director to Finance Department
• Any other duties/ tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• O/ A levels / Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Have knowledge in the engineering industry, preferably in semiconductor Fab systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the documents from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
• Location: North region
