We are seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing mechanical systems and components, possessing strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation. You will be responsible for developing detailed designs and specifications for various mechanical systems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop detailed designs for mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews, ensuring that designs meet specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., electrical, software, manufacturing) to integrate systems and resolve design issues.
• Perform simulations and analyses (e.g., thermal, structural, fluid dynamics) to validate design performance and reliability.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design calculations, specifications, assembly instructions, and parts lists.
• Evaluate and select materials and manufacturing processes for components.
• Support prototyping and testing of designs, analyzing test results and iteratively improving designs as necessary.
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to incorporate new knowledge into designs.
• Offer technical support during the manufacturing and assembly processes, addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
