Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to sell digital marketing solutions
• Understand and articulate our services' features, prices and benefits
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions
• Arrange meetings with clients and demonstrate how our services can meet their needs
• Keep records of calls and record useful information
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in B2B telemarketing or sales preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results
• Proficiency in speaking to English and Chinese customers

Job Remuneration:

• Hourly rate: SGD 8 - 13

· Analytical skills with ability to learn new technical and non-technical processes

· Attention to details and ability to work with large datasets

· Proficient in Excel and IT savvy

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

· Proficiency in Power BI, SAP Crystal Report, including experience with data modelling, DAX fomulas, and creating visualizations and reports

Job Description

· Generate and clean data according to stakeholders’ requirements

· Assist in projects/initiatives by conducting desktop research and preparing project documentation, e.g., project schedules and reporting dashboards

· Conduct desktop research and present findings on the latest industry trends

· Assist in organising industry engagements and collate findings

· Provide support in evaluating potential intelligent Document Processing systems

· Provide administrative and services support
