Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist - APAC is the intermediate level role in Wise’s Third party Risk management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the outsourcing activities comply with relevant outsourcing regulations and laws, align with internal policies and procedures, and are effectively governed to minimise risk exposure in the regional level. 1. Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.

2. Coordinate with various Government agencies and utility authorities for initial site clearance and set up site office

3. Report on daily issues to Project Manager / Construction Manager

4. Plan, schedule and monitor work progress at site

5. Continuously ensure adherence to planned timeliness

6. Maintain and monitor quality controls

7. Prepare and submit all daily and weekly reports as required

8. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented on work site

9. Prepare method statements and other submission

10. Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work

11. Liaising with consultants and/ subcontractors engaged in the project

12. Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of subcontractors

13. Overseeing quality control and safety matters on site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to

14. Preparing complete, accurate and timely submittal logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.

15. Accountable for receiving approved submittals from and notifying the Project Manager of potential schedule impact.

16. Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary backups relating to change requests.

17. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents.

18. Schedule all required construction meetings with required personnel subcontractors, architects and owners

19. Prepare correspondence with client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Examples of referenced correspondence include, but not confined to the following items: Schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information (RFI), transmittals and submittals.

20. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety.

21. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.

22. Planning work to ensure that materials, machineries, authorities’ approval and sites condition are ready before the work starts.

23. Coordinating with authorities, clients to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in tax reporting, including but not limited to, preparation of annual tax computation, indirect tax returns, statutory tax compliance form (i.e. Country-by-Country Reporting-CbCR, Global Minimum Tax), and transfer pricing documentation.
• Maintaining full set of GL, record keeping and management reports (P&L and balance sheet, including variance analysis) for semi-active treasury / investment holding / management services / dormant companies.
• Prepare statutory reports (including annual financial statements) for audit and regulatory filing purposes.
• Liaising with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and annual tax filing.
• Assist in ad-hoc matters as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in tax and accounting related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in SAP Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Good planning and organizational skills; and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work under tight deadline and minimal supervision.
• Good command of English, both written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of multi-geographic team in a multicultural environment.
• Able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Support Programme Governance and ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner and as per scope using varied project delivery methodologies (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid)
• Have a consulting mindset and able to contribute in developing framework & methodologies
• Oversee quality of Programme deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle by performing quality assurance to facilitate adherence to standards and processes through Quality gates/SDLC governance.
• Proactively take ownership of own activities with minimal supervision and flexible in managing adhoc workload as required
• Attend and manage meetings by preparing invites, decks, consolidating agenda items, creation & circulation of minutes and follow up on action items in a timely manner
• Able to facilitate/lead a discussion with Project stakeholders and drive specific agenda items / discussions
• Skilled in facilitating and tracking medium to complex Project plan activities using Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
• Manage and oversee the reporting and able to use tracking tools of Confluence, ADO (Azure DevOps) and MS Office tools like MS PowerPoint & Excel
• Perform any additional administrative activities as required

Skillset

• Previous Experience working on Banking / Financial Services (Must have)
• Experience in supporting Programmes/Projects with knowledge in planning, reporting & delivery governance
• Detail oriented and analytical, to be able to analyze situations and perform well in a dynamic environment
• Experience and exposure to different project methodologies (preferable)
• Hands-on experience of using Project Management Tool - (MPP) Microsoft Project in running Project schedule management (Must have)
• Hands-on experience on Microsoft Office tools - PowerPoint & Excel in creating reports and trackers (Must have)
• Team player and able to work collaboratively with others (Must have)
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills (Must have)

• Demonstrated success in managing complex or government projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
