About the Role

We’re looking for a Project and Support Engineer to be the go-to professional trusted and relied upon to provide IT system support and to resolve system issues.

Job Description

Be a key personnel in system development and on-going usability

• Co-ordinate project activities and monitor project progress
• Assemble and test equipment and systems
• Install and commission systems
• Conduct user training
• Manage and resolve issues
• Conduct routine maintenance
• Help clients resolve system-related issues

The job will also require the candidate to be on standby for system support if necessary. There will be rotation for the after-office hours standby within the team. Should the candidate be activated after office hours to provide system support, flexible working arrangements can be arranged for the following day.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or experienced engineers who are constantly seeking challenges
• Diploma or NITEC in any of the following: Information Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other related disciplines
• Experience or knowledge in networking equipment configuration and design, setup and deployment
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD or any 2D or 3D technical designing tool is a plus
• Singaporeans and Singapore PR only

The Role :

We are looking for a Project Executive (Events) to be a part of our vibrant and dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and passionate individual, an adept communicator and an agile innovator who is willing to hustle for their ideas. You would be working with some of the movers and shakers of the industry and curating some of the most memorable experiences. You will be working alongside the project manager for the following;

• Development of proposals and detailed plans to support but not limited to pitching, planning and execution of projects
• Work closely with the internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Support in planning, build process, technical requirements and end-to-end project planning and execution
• Assist project manager to develop execution systems and processes, and determine and define project scope to meet objectives
• Assist project manager to access and outline resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Assist project manager to prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, and be responsible for project cost management
• Assist project manager to develop and manage project milestones that includes but not limited to, operational, technical and site build
• Provide project manager and stakeholders updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Adopt industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage safe work process, risk management and Health Safety and Environment (bizSafe 2 preferred)
• Ensure that all necessary local approvals and permits are properly obtained, while managing the entire process
• Identify gaps in operational and technical issues and communicate them internally for resolution
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Manage all other project-related matters, as they arises and other ad-hoc matters as assigned

Preferred Attributes:

• Min. 1-2 years in relevant role with matching skill sets, ideally in an agency environment
• Confident and good communicator of ideas
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Skilled and effective negotiator
• Good at constructing and managing project timelines and project cost management
• Creative, resourceful, independent worker and self-starter
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
