We are currently expanding our services and are looking for project managers who are able to communicate well with designers and clients.

Job description:

- Coordinate with and manage renovation vendors

- Manage project timelines and schedules

- Manage project job sites

Job requirements:

- Lead a team of Site Coordinators

- Able to verbally communicate fluently in English and Mandarin is a must

- Able to withstand the stress of handling multiple client/vendor chat groups (of up to 100<)

- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Eye for details

- Having a personal vehicle is a requirement

1) Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.

3 to 5 years of working experience in the consultancy firm and design of ACMV, Fire, and Hydraulic services. Working experience gathered as a contractor in project execution will be considered.

Experience on Energy Storage System (ESS) will be an advantage.

Capability in carbon, sustainability, green mark certification, resources conservation, renewables, etc. will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
2) Business Development

Begin to build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors from other organizations.

3) Project Role

Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.

4) Engineering Function

Understand design philosophy/design fundamentals and communicate engineering solutions to project stakeholders.

Responsible for the development and production of drawings/calculations/specifications/reports.

Carry out investigative and technical review works.

Perform engineering calculations with the aid of engineering software such as IESVE, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Full Hydraulic Calculation (FHC).

Be familiar with Architect, Structural/Service Engineers drawings/specifications etc.

5) Behavioral

Carry out tasks and duties assigned in a positive and dignified manner.
