What to expect You will be expected to independently engage agencies to drive adoption and a successful use of our product. This would include e.g.: ● Understanding in-depth how to use / configure / work with our product ● Assisting in the development and execution of marketing/outreach campaigns to build awareness of our product ● Runworkshops, events, webinars etc. to deepen understanding and desire for our products, and to identify potential leads / customers ● Acting on leads to understand customers’ needs and to advise them on how our product can address these needs, with an aim for conversion ● Planning for and helping to develop / maintain resources for agencies to learn how to use our software in a self-help fashion with an aim to scale sustainably ● Driving customer success, by providing advice to existing users on how they can best use the product (or new features) to meet their needs ● Collating user feedback (both prospective and current users) and working closely with the product team to shape its roadmap and go-to-market strategy Howtosucceed: ● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development role, account manager role, client engagement manager role, or related roles involving direct engagements with potential clients for software products or services. ● Confident in public speaking and ability to independently run workshops, clinics and webinars, and broad-based engagement activities ● Confident in engaging and cultivating relationships with clients to drive adoption and customer success ● Proficient in English (verbal & written); excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Biasforaction; willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and proactively solve problems ● Ability to thrive in an a high-pace and ambiguous / agile environment ● Experience in engagement management for public service products will be a plus ● Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or case management systems (CMS) will be a plus ● Experience in digital marketing, events planning will be a plus ● Experience in copywriting and graphics design will be a plus

Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in Electrical, Lighting / CCTV / building automation
• Working experience with Lutron, KNX Lighting Control Systems
• Ability to communicate effectively

• NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with consultants and clients.

· Monitor and report on project progress. Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely method.

· Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities.

· Monitor procurement of project-related services and materials.

· Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with Sub-Contractor / Clients.

· Attend site meetings & liaise with clients on all project issues.

· Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

· Work experience preferably in the Construction or Interior design industry.

· Understanding of architectural trades.

· Proficient in AutoCAD will be added advantage.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the entire project lifecycle.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates, managing customer expectations and handling issues effectively.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, tailored to the customer’s requirements.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure that all project requirements are clearly understood and met.

Cross-functional Team Coordination:

• Lead and coordinate internal teams (e.g., development, design, testing, support) to ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, and client expectations.
• Manage dependencies across teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Customer Training and Support:

• Ensure customers are adequately trained on the solution, including product functionality and best practices.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

• Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure any necessary adjustments are made.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Post-Project Handover:

• Manage the transition from project completion to ongoing support and maintenance.
• Ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome and follow up to address any issues after go-live.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience in managing customer projects with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts related to software, cloud platforms, integrations, and IT systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for ensuring client satisfaction and project success
• Experience working in a specific industry (e.g., enterprise software, cloud solutions, data analytics) is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required to client sites, depending on project needs.

Procure materials, labor, and services, ensuring quality and adherence to the project timeline.

· Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address unexpected delays or issues that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Team Leadership:Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and other parties involved.
Communicate regularly with clients and provide project updates.

· Quality Control:Oversee the quality of work throughout the construction process.
Conduct inspections to ensure the project meets design specifications and standards.
Ensure the use of appropriate construction techniques and materials.

· Documentation and Reporting:Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and upper management.
Prepare project closure documentation, including final reports and as-built drawings.

Project Manager:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers and planning the project release. Their duties include setting deadlines, providing feedback and communicating with clients about the status of their project.

Duties and responsibilities:

• He/She must develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.
• Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
• Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking, usually in a project manager role
• Experience working with business stakeholders in related industries
• Experience with and understanding of full project or product lifecycle
• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and related technology
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills
