Requirement

• Diploma holders in Business administrations or a relevant major
• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, customer support, or similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts）
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

REQUIREMENTS FOR IT APPLICATION BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

Work Experience in recent EIGHT (8) years:

a. Candidate must have minimally THREE (3) years of relevant IT Application BA experience.

b. Candidate must have THREE (3) year of working experience with Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.

c. Candidate must have THREE (3) years of exposure in Cloud Technology and implementation.

Technical Skillset in recent EIGHT (8) years:

a. Candidate with minimally FIVE (5) years of experience in supporting .Net or J2EE, Oracle Database or SQL Database, Weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat.
