The Planning & Programmes Division (PPD) is responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing strategies, policies, and programmes related to Training Providers (TP). The division aims to support a responsive, competitive, and high-quality Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem, fostering a highly skilled and adaptable workforce.
What you will be working on
The Manager/Senior Manager will report to an Assistant Director/Principal Manager and will be responsible for driving the adoption of policies and programmes, ensuring they meet stakeholders' diverse needs. This role offers opportunities to enhance strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Policy and Programme Tracking and Reporting
Track and report progress and outcomes of policies and programmes, including data gathering and analysis for reporting, overseeing budgets, and developing system enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Solution Development
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs and devise possible solutions.
Handle data requests and provide contextualised statistics, offering solutions and insights to support data-driven policy and programme review and decision-making.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation
Clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy, perform data and error analysis.
Apply data mining techniques and perform statistical analysis.
Conduct analysis of CET data and CET-related survey results and studies to generate insights for policy and programme review and design.
Data Visualisation and Dashboard Development
Develop and refine visualisation dashboards on CET data and insights to facilitate quick access to key indicators for team members and senior management.
