General Responsibility

All other situations such as ACRA forms, IRAS letters and other statutory documentation in requirement of the Nominee Director’s signature, will be assessed on a case by case basis by MMC.

REQUIREMENTS

Driving optimal occupancy planning solutions

Your primary focus areas for this role will be managing the development of occupancy plans, sequencing group-level and individual moves, and resolving planning issues identified during client planning sessions. You will ensure the alignment of planning with corporate guidelines and that all scenarios maximize the use of space. Reporting

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

• Assist project team in all administration functions and processes
• Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
• Acting as the contact point for all project participants
• Maintain proper project documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with the project team on relevant document submission (Catalogue ,Operation& Maintenance Manual and Account opening)
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks / Project related administrative work assigned by the Project team

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

This dynamic role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership potential. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate and support the use of ICT in daily teaching and learning and school programmes as tasked by school management and HOD (IT).
• Manage and advise the staff on matters pertaining to the school integrated data system, including liaising with the vendor to troubleshoot and provide solutions to issues raised.
