Responsibilities

· Lead project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of projects and on-site works

· Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.

· Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality

· In charge of the planning, assessment and implementation of the whole project safety system and ISO system

· Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants, clarify requirement, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation and attend daily site meetings

· Identify and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

· Min 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years project management experience at local projects

· Strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills

· Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.

· Able to communicate effectively at all levels.

1) Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in community in order to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated.

2) Prepare and maintain records and reports, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals.

3) Direct activities of professional and technical staff members and volunteers.

4) Evaluate the work of staff and volunteers in order to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively.

5) Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.

6) Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.

7) Research and analyze member or community needs in order to determine program directions and goals.

8) Analyze proposed legislation, regulations, or rule changes in order to determine how agency services could be impacted.

9) Act as consultants to agency staff and other community programs regarding the interpretation of program-related federal, state, and county regulations and policies.

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous or toxic materials.
• Provide a prompt and appropriate technical advice to Sales and Operation Personnel on their waste management enquiry which includes waste handling procedure and costing
• Developing and implementing plans for safe waste disposal activities by compliance with environmental regulations
• Evaluating the potential impact of new technologies on the field of hazardous waste management
• Reviewing emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure that all staff are prepared for all possible scenarios

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of local ,rules/regulations(NEA) on hazardous materials management.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with min of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Candidate attended WSQ Environmental Course and had experience as part of CERT team members is a plus point as well
• An effective team player with good communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Job Description

• Planning, design, assembling and installing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants,sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities,schedule work activities.
• Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction or Electrical related fields is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project,Autocad, Project Management
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering-Electrical or equivalent.
