Job Duties:

Position Summary:
As a Project Engineer at DVI, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative Audio-visual and collaboration solutions for our corporate clients across a diverse range of industries such as corporate workplaces, healthcare, education and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

· Manage client relationships, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

· Oversee the integration of technology solutions, focusing on seamless operation and user-friendliness..

· Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

· Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.

· Collaborate with the Services Division for post-installation support, maintenance, and on-site services.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of project management experience within the audio-visual, technology (hardware/networking), construction/ building, corporate office set-up, Architecture & Planning or related industry.

· Experience working with clients on-site regularly.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability
• Administer all site works, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with
• Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts
• Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client

Skills, Experience, Competencies, Requirements

• Preferably Diploma or Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in project management
