Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Projects Executive to lead and drive key operational improvement initiatives within our warehouse setup. This role will focus on enhancing productivity, driving cost-saving projects, and supporting the expansion of our fulfillment capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Data-Driven Initiatives: Spearhead warehouse process optimisation, productivity enhancements, and expansion projects by leveraging data insights and analytics

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Responsible for validating new corrective scopes into orders, control maintenance demands in the CMMS, support the planning and preparation of activities , and develop the vessel's activity schedule, acting in the dialogue and alignments to ensure that all phases until the execution of the activities take place as planned, seeking the optimization of resources, carrying out more activities safely and ensuring the integrity and reliability of the MdB fleet.
• Constantly monitor the new demands raised, analyze them according to the minimum quality criteria in accordance with the MdB procedures and validate them in new work orders.
• Ensure the quality of open WOs (Work Orders) in the system by monitoring the CMMS, collecting information and keeping all records relevant to the preparation of the activity inside the order, updating their status according to their content or action required, as well as ensuring that all services have a notification/WO in CMMS without duplication and all open services are required . In addition to providing support to keep the maintenance plans in the CMMS correct and up to dat e.
• Work with leadership during the job evaluation by supporting to determining the scope of activity required to return the equipment back into service and its evaluation listing the steps, resources required and aligning with the team the preparation to perform the job during planning phase for core crew activities and maintain an overview of the date constraints to ensure work is scheduled when there are resources and access available.
• Validate, Plan and Schedule the vessel 's maintenance through the maintenance validation, planning and scheduling procedures, integrating , and prioritizing activities and carrying out the proper grouping in order to optimize equipment shutdowns.
• Responsible to prepare and issue the Weekly Schedule to be followed by the team based on resources and manpower availability, tasks contents, operational constraints and vessel priorities. Issue in a weekly basis the 28- Day Schedule for leadership review. Also coordinate Weekly Scheduling meetings to obtain the approval of sch edule.
• If necessary, support in the activities of inspection of luggage, people and cargo on the disembark from offshore units, in compliance with NORMAM 27 - item 0115, regarding dangerous items handling.

Relevant Experience :

• Planner 1/11/111: Minimum 2/4/7 years' overall experience is expected;
• Previous experience in Offshore Oil & Gas area is a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Attend site meeting and resolve technical issue with main contractor or consultant
• Implementation of Cost, Quality, Productivity, Safety and Health control on site

Responsibilities:

• Able to plan, execute, monitor, control and manage project works that are assigned.
• Manage or work with operations teams including engineers, supervisors, and workers to complete the entire project scope.
• Preparation of documentation including but not limited to risk assessment, project status report, method statement, work procedure for the project, quality control, etc.
• Cost control of the materials and labour.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, sub-contractors; to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, safety meetings, etc.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Civil) and is familiar with the British, American Design Standards, and Eurocodes.
• Must possess good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Have excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Good team player and customer-focused, able to work with all levels on site.
• Able to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.

Requirement

• Good skills in using MS Office application, AUTOCAD and SolidWorks.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or construction setting
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes
