Responsibilities

• Carry out full spectrum of month end closing activities and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies (IFRS) and local statutory laws and regulations

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues.
