PURPOSE:

Prepare for regional monthly details performance analysis, developed from financial management report. The scopes include supports for region and Opcos annual performance budget, mid-year range strategy plan and monthly outlook. PURPOSE:

To lead our Order to Cash (O2C) process management by overseeing and optimizing the entire order fulfilment cycle, from order entry to cash collection, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance operational processes and drive continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Process optimization: Streamline and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall performance. Conduct regular review and identify gaps against regional standard processes and recommend improvement opportunities in current OpCo’s processes for alignment with the fit to standard implementation of new ERP system.

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. This will include but not be limited to providing legal advice, legal support and contract review in respect of all contractual transactions (including but not limited to regional tenders, bids and all contract management related matters. Hosted by CNRS@CREATE, the program ‘Carbon Negative production of advanced Sustainable Aviation Fuels using twin synthetic bacterial consortia Project’ (CNegSAF) is an international collaboration between world leading institutions in France and Singapore including CNRS, Toulouse Biotechnology Institute (TBI), National University of Singapore, A*Star (SIFBI), and Nanyang Technological University. CNegSAF aims to demonstrate the feasibility of using a synthetic bacterial consortium to convert green hydrogen and concentrated waste CO2 (released by chemicals companies) into sustainable aviation biofuels. This innovative research program has the potential to significantly contribute to Singapore’s and the world net-zero emissions target while supplying sustainable aviation fuels to the aviation industry.

DESCRIPTION

To join this team, we are looking for a candidate who will be in charge of enzyme engineering activities using state-of-the-art evolutionary engineering and computational enzyme design techniques. The candidate will be involved in the development of screening protocols, construction and screening of enzyme libraries, designed by in silico molecular modelling. These enzymes will be further used for the creation of novel metabolic pathways for terpenoid production in engineered bacterial strains.
The perspective researcher will work in a multidisciplinary environment with access to high-throughput screening equipments (both in Singapore and Toulouse, France) and have frequent and strong interactions with other scientists involved in metabolic engineering, pathway engineering and computational enzyme design.

Job Details (Here’s what you can expect!)

• You get to work primarily in 1 of our 25 hotels in Singapore
• 6 days’ work week (8 hours per day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel according to the standards and procedures set by the hotel management
• Assign housekeeping and maintenance staff their roles and duties; inspect work for conformance and ensure compliance
• Monitor forecasted occupancy and ensure adequate manpower for cleaning of checkout rooms
• Maintain proper housekeeping/ maintenance records of activities/events such as Lost and Found, Inventory, Rooming Lists
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately store, recorded and properly maintained
• Supervise and train staff to prescribed hotel standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
• Able to lead and manage a team of Room Attendants
• Independent
• Work weekends and public holidays
• Work day shifts and night shifts
• Able to understand and converse in basic English
