Main support for field service engineers and business administrators both in SAP CRM and ECC, along with web-based applications. Attend field service business operations and strategic planning meetings to gain insight to issues and future needs. A SAP CRM and ECC Systems Analyst with experience working with technical teams, configuration and tables. Solid experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions with end customer. Own and perform integration testing and lead User Testing and identify resulting gaps.
