We are looking for a Project Engineer to prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the projects that are being assigned to him/ her. Reporting to the Project Manager in the Project Team, he/ she will

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.
• Assure all the deadlines are being met.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Proven working experiences as a project engineer
• Project management and organizational skills
• Commitment to exceeding customer’s expectations
• Time management and organization skills

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability
• Administer all site works, including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied with
• Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding construction and procurement contracts
• Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Skills, Experience, Competencies, Requirements

• Preferably Diploma or Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in project management
• Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects, administrative works, competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong in verbal & written communication skills
• Be proactive and result-oriented
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Certification in WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites will be an advantage
• Singaporean only

· Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.

· Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.

· Collaborate with the Services Division for post-installation support, maintenance, and on-site services.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of project management experience within the audio-visual, technology (hardware/networking), construction/ building, corporate office set-up, Architecture & Planning or related industry.

· Experience working with clients on-site regularly.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
