What we are looking for:

· BA/BS degree in life sciences or business-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

· Minimum of 10 years device / pharmaceutical industry experience with preferably 5+ years of people leadership and development experience.

Job Description

UWCSEA is seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of High School Economics and/or Business Management to join our Dover Campus in August 2025.

The successful candidate will primarily teach IB Diploma Economics (Grades 11 and 12) and/or IB Diploma Business Management, with opportunities to teach our bespoke UWCSEA Economics and Social Enterprise courses to students in Grades 9 and 10.

The Economics and Business Department is a large team composed of enthusiastic and dynamic teachers who work in a very well-resourced environment for learning. Teachers are actively engaging in resource development across each of the UWC courses. Experience in and enthusiasm for offering IB Diploma Theory of Knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential. Person Specifications
