Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

1) Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception development Phase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project.

2) Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant and NSC.

3) Monitor the site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor

4) Develop project schedule

5) Attend site meeting or progress meeting with client/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team.

6) Handles all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports(emails, site progress report weekly update project schedule, etc.)

7) Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials

8. Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager.

9) Plan and schedule project timelines

10) Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

11) Provide direction and support to project team

12) Quality assurance

13) Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management

14) Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (submit weekly site progress report to management)

15) Monitor and manage rectification works.

16) To establish progressive and finalized final claim to clients for each completed projects

17) To participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required

18) To evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claim and recommend appropriate payments

19) Attend company's weekly and fortnightly meetings

You will be an integral member in our world-class Global Operations (Freight) team, which functions as a global control center, responsible for the smooth and secure delivery of our shipments to various 3PLs across 13 countries. In this role, you will be actively involved in freight procurement through strategic negotiation with logistics service providers (LSP), monitoring the overall freight spend and LSP performance.

Our Freight team is essential for the smooth delivery of our inventory across the globe and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strategic working relationships with LSPs to secure the optimal freight arrangements based on each region’s needs
• Participate in strategic negotiation with LSPs to secure freight contracts with favourable rates and terms
• Monitor all freight costs, identify opportunities and proactively develop action plan for cost savings
• Analyze quarterly LSP performance based on metrics to make decisions/ recommendations regarding pricing, selection and drives for improvements
• Audit all LSP elements, perform deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and make decisions based on data
• Act as escalation point to understand gaps in freight operations and ensure timely resolution to LSPs’ needs/ issues
• Identify freight services and outline procurement plans for effective route optimization based on global demand forecast and production schedule
• Utilize various tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, NetSuite, Tableau) for:

○ Analyze internal & external logistics performance across each region using defined KPIs
