Overview

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the development and execution of projects in collaboration with the Finance, Business Development, and Marketing departments. Key Responsibilities:

Conception and Feasibility

• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to formulate the design brief.

Design Concept and Evaluation:

Design Development:

• Oversee the integration of structural, architectural, and M&E services during design development.

Strata Title:

Tender and Award

• Collaborate with consultants to pre-qualify contractors based on their track record, current resources, and financial stability.

Construction:
