As part of the continued growth of our organisation and the broadening of our service offerings, we are currently seeking experienced trading and risk management business analysts to work as part of our Singapore-based consulting team. The role will include:

· Providing Endur specialist consulting services to high-profile clients

· Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

· Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation

· Partnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as an Endur expert

· Client site working in Singapore including travel to overseas client sites in the region is a requirement of the role.

Skill and Qualifications

· 5 years plus experience with Openlink Endur application

· Self-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design and configuration

· Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes

· Understanding of software implementation and testing principles

· Experience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Trading environment

· Strong experience and understanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementing Endur in those markets

· Working knowledge of more technical aspects of Endur such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous.

· Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

· Ability to self-motivate, work without supervision and prioritise workload under pressure

· Numerate degree.

• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.

• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Claim Administrators who will be performing verification checks on the claim submission by employees
• Ensure that claims administration, assessment, clarifications, and deductions are made timely and accurately in accordance to stipulated policies and guidelines within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Understand the relevant policies and provide guidance to team members on complex cases
• Handle escalated cases or perform service recovery if necessary
• Perform process review, identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Ensure knowledge retention by keeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) are updated timely

Talent Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals;
Partner with HCM leadership and business unit leaders to identify current and future talent needs, including the development of succession plans;
Drive initiatives to identify, develop and retain high-potential employees.
Coordinate with relevant government agencies to drive talent agenda in DP to fulfil obligations;

Talent Development and Training

Design and oversee talent development programs, including leadership development, skills training, and career pathing;
Collaborate with DP Academy (in-house learning) to ensure programs meet evolving business needs and promote continuous learning;
Develop frameworks for talent coaching, mentoring, and career growth opportunities.

Talent Management

Partner with senior management to identify and develop special assignments for talent development purposes;
Work closely with relevant Directors to monitor the progress of the talents;

Succession Planning

Identify and develop a succession planning framework;
Lead succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders and critical talent within DP;

Regularly assess talent pipelines and implement development plans for high-potential employees.

Employee Engagement and Retention

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that drive job satisfaction and retention;
Conduct regular assessments of employee engagement and design programs to enhance workplace culture and reduce attrition;
Collaborate with other HCM team members to address employee feedback and foster a positive employee experience.

Talent Analytics and Reporting

Utilise talent management metrics to analyse workforce data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions;
Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent identification, development and retention;
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and adapt to optimise outcomes;
Develop and update policies related to talent management, ensuring alignment with organisation’s values and legal compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent management or leadership development. Candidates with people management experience will have an advantage;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage talent strategies aligned with business objectives;
• Demonstrated ability to drive talent agenda in mid to large sized enterprise;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including senior stakeholders’ management, and with experience coaching managers, talent, and employees;

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the CFO to manage the funds for the company's trade business, investment business and daily operation, ensure the adequate supply of funds, reduce the cost of funds and improve the efficiency of funds;
• Ensure the effective implementation and smooth operation of the company's risk management structure (four tier management and control structure), evaluate the company's risk management structure and operation mechanism, and put forward suggestions for optimisation and adjustment to the Management team and Risk Management Committee;
• Organise and hold CRM meetings, ensure the effectiveness of the role of CRM and Risk Management department in early detection, risk management and reporting on major risk matters of the Company, optimise and improve the responsibilities, organisational processes and operating mechanisms of various risk meetings based on the actual situation, and put forward suggestions to the Management team and Risk Management Committee;
• Effectively implement the standardised and professional risk management of the subsidiaries, including formulating and optimising the risk management processes, routine communication mechanism and early warning mechanism for the subsidiaries, implementing centralised control of the enterprise and credit risk of the subsidiaries, and strengthening the supervision, training and guidance of the risk control personnel in each of the subsidiaries;

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant working experience that could sufficiently demonstrate the competencies in a highly dynamic and competitive environment, and fulfill the job responsibilities of overseeing the risk management framework that support business growth and protect stakeholders’ interest；
• High degree of IT literacy as an enabler to the quantification, measurement & reporting of risks & exposures；
• Seasoned, resilient, independent and resourceful, business acumen, excellent organisational, networking and leadership skills;
• Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

Localisation & content management specialist

What you'll be doing
You will collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, content designers, business owners, and quality assurance team to make sure the content DBS customers see on our apps is up to date and translated. This is a great role for anyone interested in learning about digital product design and development.

Here's how your week might look like
Your day-to-day work will be supporting various country product teams—onboarding signed-off UX design screens to our translation management tool and checking in with translators to make sure work is on track.

We don't expect you to be a writer or a translator yourself. If you can read Simplified and Traditional Chinese, that's great! But not absolutely necessary.
To keep up with the various projects you are supporting, you will attend sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.

Sometimes, there will be bugs. Not the flying, itchy kind, but the kind that causes apps to malfunction. When those bugs are related to content our users see, you will work with the team to get them sorted out.

Don't worry, you don't need to be a developer. This is not a technical role. It's about project management. What matters is that you are cool with learning to use new tools and interested in digital product development and UX design.

Digital products don't stand still. What was good yesterday is not good enough today. So we constantly keep improving our apps. Part of that is to update the content our customers see, and we need your help with that. You will project manage the content update release process to make sure stuff goes out on time and as it was intended!

This role is not the common garden variety kind. It is a new kind of role, so we are open to people from different backgrounds and experiences.
What matters is that you are interested in UX design and digital product development.
Experience working with developers and UX designers will come in handy.

This role sits within the Design Standards team, and is based in Singapore. The Design Standards team creates our design language system and defines and steers the way we design digital services at DBS. The team covers eight countries, Consumer and Corporate banking, and Middle Office Management group (internal tools).
